Friendly and knowledgeable people worked with me on getting the re-Fi I needed. They provided guidance and support through the process. Always returned calls very quickly.
We are very satisfied with the rate we received and the fact that we met our closing deadline. There were a number of communication missteps, however, along the way. Our biggest challenge could be summarized as expectations were set that TMF an Seacoast struggled to live up to. Expectations were set for 24-48 hour turnover that ultimately took closer to a week.
Everyone at this firm were quick to answer questions. While purchasing a home in todays market can be extremely stressful, Christine and her Team made me feel at ease and checked in throughout the entire process!
